About the Fordham FinTech Network: We are a student-run community of 2,000+ and solely led by 5 boards members. Together, the board work towards educating the Fordham community on recently democratized financial tools, connecting Fordham community members with professionals in the fintech industry, and researching new trends and developments in the space. OPPORTUNITY: This is a great opportunity for you to not only learn about the FinTech field, but also practice your departmental skills. Some of which include marketing, external relations, community engagement manager, finance/treasurer, management. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - A willingness to learn and grow - A reliable self-starter (reads messages, quick response, good time management, show initiative) - An interest in the fintech space OR one of the above departments / positions - Willingness to come up with ideas (i.e. marketing campaigns, events, guest speakers, challenges) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You do NOT need FinTech experience to be selected for this position but rather willingness to learn.
